Creative Department

The problem: creative work stalls on handoffs and approvals, and the tooling around it is a pile of one-off prompts. This is an open-source, agentic creative-production system built for Claude — the actual department running underneath this practice.

The system: brand voice, design, review, and publishing run as a pipeline — draft, review, register, schedule, log. No orphan files, no skipped gates. It was extracted from the real rig that shipped campaigns for multilingual publications and editorial design systems.
